Izsole notiek elektroniskajā izsoļu vietnē https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/
Personām, kas vēlas piedalīties izsolē, līdz pieteikšanās termiņa beigām jāiemaksā nodrošinājuma summa VAS "Valsts nekustamie īpašumi" norēķinu kontā AS "SEB banka" kontā Nr. LV22UNLA0002200609436, un, izmantojot Elektronisko izsoļu vietni, jānosūta lūgums autorizēt to dalībai izsolē.
Izsoles rezultāti tiek paziņoti VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” interneta mājas lapā www.vni.lv sadaļā Sludinājumi / Rezultāti.
Personai, kura apstiprināta kā izsoles uzvarētājs, ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā no rezultāta publicēšanas dienas, jāiesniedz klienta identifikācijas anketa, (aizpildāma izmantojot saiti: Klienta identifikācijas anketa), kuram pievieno naudas līdzekļu izcelsmi apliecinošu dokumentāciju.
Gadījumā, ja persona neizpilda iepriekš minēto prasību noteiktajā termiņā, VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” ir tiesīga vienpusēji anulēt izsoles rezultātus, atsakoties no darījuma.
