Ministru kabineta noteikumu Nr.350 “Publiskas personas zemes nomas un apbūves tiesības noteikumi” (turpmāk – Noteikumi) 3. nodaļas “Neapbūvēta zemesgabala iznomāšana”. 29. punktu, kurš nosaka, ka Noteikumu 32., 40., 41., 42., 42.1, 42.2, 42.3, 43., 44., 45. un 46. punktu var nepiemērot, ja tiek iznomāts: “29.5. neapbūvēts zemesgabals, kas tiek izmantots sociālās aizsardzības, kultūras, izglītības, zinātnes, sporta, vides un dzīvnieku aizsardzības vai veselības aprūpes funkcijas nodrošināšanai”.
