Persona, kura vēlas nomāt nomas objektu un piedalīties nomas izsolē, ir jāaizpilda Pretendenta pieteikuma iesniegums atbilstoši iesnieguma veidlapā prasītajai informācijai un slēgtā aploksnē jāiesniedz VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” Klientu apkalpošanas centrā, Talejas ielā 1, Rīga, personiski vai sūtot pa pastu. Aploksnes saņemšanas datums un laiks norādīts sludinājumā.
Pretendenta pieteikuma iesnieguma forma pieejama augstāk, komandpoga "Pieteikšanās izsolei".
Uz iesniedzamās aploksnes norādāms:
- “Pieteikums rakstiskai izsolei”;
- Pretendenta (fiziskas personas vārds, uzvārds/juridiskas personas pilns nosaukums);
- Nomas objekta adrese un norāde par nomas objektu/daļu/telpu vai tml, par kuru tiek pieteikta dalība;
- Izsoles datums.
Izsoles rezultāti tiek paziņoti VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” interneta mājas lapā www.vni.lv sadaļā Sludinājumi / Rezultāti.
Personai, kura apstiprināta kā izsoles uzvarētājs, ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā no rezultāta publicēšanas dienas, jāiesniedz klienta identifikācijas anketa, (aizpildāma izmantojot linku: Klienta identifikācijas anketa), kuram pievieno naudas līdzekļu izcelsmi apliecinošu dokumentāciju.
Gadījumā, ja persona neizpilda iepriekš minēto prasību noteiktajā termiņā, VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” ir tiesīga vienpusēji anulēt izsoles rezultātus, atsakoties no darījuma.
