The applicant shall submit a bid for participation in the auction on working days from 09:00 to 16:00 (on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00) to the Legal Department of VSIA "Children's Clinical University Hospital", Vienības gatve 45, Riga. The bid shall be submitted in person or by mail. Mail must be received by 13:00 on October 31, 2025. The applicant shall submit a bid by filling out the “Bid for Auction” in which he shall indicate: 1) Natural person – name, surname, personal identification number, address of declared place of residence, type and number of personal identification document, payment details (credit institution account number to which the person is to be reimbursed the Security Deposit); 2) Legal person – name, registration number, legal address; 3) Name, surname of the representative of the bidder at the auction, together with a power of attorney (original or certified copy) for the relevant person to represent the interests of the bidder (right of representation for a specific auction, several specific auctions, for a certain period of time, permanently, etc.) 4) e-mail address; 5) The price of the auction object offered at the auction in EUR excluding VAT. All documents must be submitted in Latvian in 1 (one) copy. Submitted applications for the auction will not be returned to the Applicants. The offer and the documents attached to it must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope. The following information must be indicated on the envelope: 1) Addressee: VSIA “Bērnu klīniska universitets slimnīca”, Vienības gatve 45, Riga, LV-1004; 2) “Offer for the auction of movable property. Auction Identification No. BKUS-2025/02-KM”; 3) “Do not open before the bid opening meeting”; 4) Name and legal address/declared residential address of the Applicant.
